2nd Annual
FREEDOM COWGIRL
RETREAT
OCTOBER 23-25, 2026
Join us for an earth friendly retreat!
Casari Ranch, Santa Rosa, CA
October 23-25, 2026, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day
Join us at our peaceful country haven (just over an hour from SF Bay Area) to refresh your spirit, rewild your senses, and reconnect to yourself. This gathering is not gender specific, it is for people who want to slow down, remember what matters, and dream anew. Enjoy the ranch’s spacious environment and meet like minded people who aim to rise above the chaos of these times. The Freedom Cowgirl Retreat brings together a circle of our favorite Gate Openers—artists, healers, horse people, teachers, and storytellers—who carry lived experience, ancestral knowledge, and soulful practices to encourage our intuition and clairsentience. Our gate openers will not lecture, but rather intend to spark conversations that connect us across generations and different walks of life.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to live with spirit, courage, and connection in these times.
Refresh, Inspire, Relax and Enjoy the fall season with us
Each day includes:
Morning inspirational circles that begin the day with open ended inquiry and inspirational dialogue
Immersive experiences: horse time, reflection time in nature, creative expression, herbal garden exploration
Giving thanks to earth, planting for the future and honoring the past
Time and space to awaken your creative imagination to new possibilities and perspectives
A circle of people who honor authenticity, courage and connection
Nourishing, organic, gluten-free lunches each day
Shared gathering spaces, plus quiet areas for solo reflection or rest
We are stepping into a time that asks us to embody resilience, adaptability, and a new way of being. The old maps no longer work, but within our shared wisdom lies the ability to chart new trails. We’ll call in the Freedom Cowgirl™ spirit for renewed courage to walk into the unknown, find new systems of support, and restore our interconnectedness.
In a world that is increasingly fragmented, where loneliness has replaced village security and uncertainty defines daily life, we invite you to join us as a change maker for new paradigms of sustainability at an agricultural, village and generational family level.
Our gate openers include artists, visionaries, poets, musicians, land stewards: Ariana Strozzi Mazzucchi, Wesley May Smith, Rilana and Stephan Vorderwülbecke, Joshua Horowitz, and more details coming soon.
We chose Freedom Cowgirl as our mascot to represent a person who is spirited, courageous and authentic; a person who is an earth and animal lover with a wild spirit of authenticity, and a ‘never give up attitude’.
Freedom Cowgirl essence is about the freedom to be yourself. This summit is for everyone, it is not gender specific or ‘who does or doesn’t wear pants’. A Freedom Cowgirl is wild at heart, grounded in intuition, and devoted to the people and places they love.
We’re not getting lost in the past; we’re creating what comes next. Today, the heart of Freedom Cowgirl represents the power to live authentically, to honor past wisdom, and to approach the future with creativity, courage, and a gaia-culture mindset.
