Cancellation Policy on Programs, Classes and Services

Refunds on cancellations made on programs, classes and services (whether public or by private engagement) and accommodations are dependent on date of cancellation. Cancellations made between 0 and 40 days of start date of the program will receive no refund. In certain situations, we will consider transferring funds to another date or service. Cancellations made between 41 and 59 days can receive a refund of 35%. Cancellations made 60 days or more before start date can receive a refund of 80% of registration fees paid.
