Leadership and Horses™ 2027
Our Leadership & Horses™ program has been changing lives for over 35 years. We do not see or practice leadership as a dominant/subordinate position but more accurately a web of relationships between self, others and the world at large. It is about a way of being authentic and able to stay open to different perspectives. It’s about being connected to something outside of ego and identity.
By spending time with horses, in nature, we re-connect with our own natural wisdom and with others (animal and human). We rekindle our curiosity and imagination and learn a better way to communicate and contribute our gifts.
We explore how the old, outdated paradigms of leadership we’ve been taught, is de-harmonizing, unstable and creates division, not unity. The dominant way of leading is crumbling before our eyes. We cannot solve dis-harmony with more hate, belittling tactics, or simply trying to avoid confilict and reality altogether.
On the other hand, our model of self leadership, is tried and true. It works. It is powerful and freeing. People who attend our courses are able to make what once seemed impossible, possible. Dreams can come true.
It’s time to imagine and create new ways of connecting our health to the health of our Great Mother. Join us and embark on a journey of re-awakening our interconnected nature, and re-connect to your own intuitive wisdom.
“It’s been over a year since I took the Leadership & Horses™ program and I still vividly remember my time at Casari Ranch. Our group was carefully and expertly facilitated by the horses and by Ariana, who has an amazing ability to ask the right question at the right time for maximum learning. I am still amazed at what I took away from the workshop, and buoyed by the growth and understanding of myself and others in my group. Thank you still-“
Amy Kohut, Cornell Leadership Center, Cornell University
“The time I spent with Ariana and the horses had a profound effect on me as a leader. I believe this work is on the cutting edge of 21st century training and development.”
Rayona Sharpnack, founder of Institute for Women’s Leadership
Leadership & Horses™ provides numerous benefits to participants. Firstly, it helps individuals to repair and develop their relationship skills in a supportive environment. Ariana is one of the pioneering leadership coaches of what is now known as Embodied Leadership. Ariana Strozzi Mazzucchi's work is rooted in experiential learning and draws from the wisdom of nature and the partnership between humans, horses and the animate world. Her approach challenges traditional leadership paradigms and encourages a holistic, embodied, natural style of leadership. Here are some key points we will be studying:
-
Embodied leadership focuses on the integration of mind, body, and spirit. It’s about a way of being authentic and finding a new sense of compassion.
-
Time in nature restores the spirit and releases spent emotions
-
We will study the value of intuition and sensory awareness in developing sincere and trusting relationships with self and others.
-
Judgmental attitudes and habits hold us back from sincere relationships, trust in self and others and so much more.
-
We do live in a chaotic world. To develop resilience and adaptability is to let go of what you know and find more willingness to navigate the unknown and stay connected to what matters in the moment.
