Leadership and Horses™
October 7-11, 2026
Here at Casari Ranch, Leadership is about relationship. It is about a way of being authentic to self, open to different perspectives and focused on finding unity with self, other and earth. It’s about being connected to something outside of ego and identity.
By spending time with horses, in nature, we explore how we build bonds, find connection with others (animal and human) and what we can learn about being more curious and less quick to judge others and doubt ourselves.
We explore how the old, outdated paradigms of leadership that we have been taught, is de-harmonizing, unstable and acutaley creates more division than unity.
We cannot solve our dis-harmony with more hate, belittling of other people, or simply trying to avoid confilict and reality altogether.
Our model of self leadership, is tried and true. It works. It is powerful and freeing. People who attend our courses are able to make what once seemed impossible, possible.
We are being asked to stretch our consciousness beyond our current paradigm and create new ways of being and new ways of connecting our health to the overall health of the Great Mother.
To accomplish this daunting task requires that we re-evaluate our core values and take courageous action for change and sustainability. It's time to embark on a journey of re-awakening, re-membering our interconnected nature, and intuitive, sensate wisdom. Being in harmony with nature revives the spirit, releases spent emotions, and guides us towards right action in balance with the greater good. By re-connecting people to land and nature, we rediscover what has heart and meaning, forgive what has been broken, find hope in times of uncertainty, and walk a path of integrity and grace.
“It’s been over a year since I took the Leadership & Horses™ program and I still vividly remember my timeat Casari Ranch. Our group was carefully and expertly facilitated by the horses and by Ariana, who has an amazing ability to ask the right question at the right time for maximum learning. I am still amazed at what I took away from the workshop, and buoyed by the growth and understanding of myself and others in my group. Thank you still-“

“The time I spent with Ariana and the horses had a profound effect on me as a leader. I believe this work is on the cutting edge of 21st century training and development.”
Rayona Sharpnack, founder of Institute for Women’s Leadership
"When we spend appreciative contemplation time in nature, we begin a healing circle within ourselves, traveling outward to the natural world, and back in again connecting to our place of origin.
An endless spiral of connection, like a conduit of energy moving in, moving out and moving in again with no end and no beginning.
Not only does the healing begin within, it extends out as an invisible stream of healing energy to the local, sensate environment.”
