Join us at Casari Ranch as we celebrate Sonoma County Farm Trails’ Spring Tour weekend, a time of blossoms, buzzing bees, and new life on the farm. We’re opening the gates and inviting you to slow down, spend time in nature, and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared farm-to-table meal in a beautiful spring setting.

Our picnic is an organic, gluten-free plated meal meant to be enjoyed with family and friends. Find a spot to settle in, enjoy the food, and take in the day. Afterward, you’re welcome to wander the farm, visit the animals, play a game of Cornhole, or join our guided herbal plant walk.

Each picnic features a freshly baked Dutch baby with your choice of a sweet fruit-based topping or a savory vegetable-based topping. Early seating includes a side of seasonal fruit, while later seating includes a simple side salad. Lunch also includes your choice of a gluten-free dessert and a beverage: house-made herbal tea crafted from plants grown on the ranch, a seasonal mocktail featuring ranch-grown produce, or a glass of our Freedom Cowgirl Chardonnay made from our organically grown grapes.

    A Dutch baby is a fluffy, oven-baked pancake with crisp edges and a soft, tender center, perfect for both sweet and savory toppings. Made with just 5 ingredients and sugar is not one of them.
