How does the subscription work?
Your membership is billed every three months from the date you sign up. Shipments go out on or before the 15th of the month following your billing date. Example: Sign up on April 2 → Billed on April 2 → First shipment on April 15 → Next billing on July 2, next shipment on July 15.

If you sign up after the 15th, your first shipment will be sent the following month.

Example: Sign up on April 20 → Billed on April 20 → First shipment on May 15 → Next billing on July 20, next shipment on August 15.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes! Just reach out to us before your next billing cycle, and we’ll help you manage it. We can delay your renewal or cancel your pending order if needed. Remember, shipments are sent every three months, so your next shipment will go out on or before the 15th of the month following your renewal date.

Can I switch to a different membership tier?
Absolutely! If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your membership, just let us know before your next billing cycle. We’ll assist you with the change by canceling your current subscription and setting you up with the new tier. Please note that any changes will take effect with the next billing cycle, and your shipment will still go out on the 15th of each month.

When will I be charged for my subscription?
You’ll be charged on the day you sign up and then every three months on that same date. Your next payment will happen three months after your initial subscription date.

Where do you ship? We currently ship to all U.S. states except North Dakota and Utah.

Do I need to be home to receive my wine?
Yes. A person 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Just update your address before your next billing cycle to ensure your wine arrives at the right place.

What if my wine arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What wines will I receive?
Currently, we are offering our 2023 Chardonnay vintage. In May, we will be introducing our 2024 vintage, and we hope to add wines from other vineyards in the future to round out our selection. Each shipment will include a curated selection of our wines. For more details, check the membership page for specific tier information.

Can I request specific wines?
At this time, we only offer our Chardonnay in all shipments. Our selections are pre-curated, but members have the option to purchase additional bottles of Chardonnay as part of their membership perks.

Do members get discounts on additional purchases?
Yes! Members enjoy a 10% discount at our farm stand and special discounts on additional bottles of Chardonnay. You’ll also get discounts on events, so there are plenty of ways to save and enjoy more.

• Are there any events or tastings for members?
  Absolutely! We host an annual party/event exclusively for our wine club members. In addition, members can enjoy private tours—Steward members get a tour for themselves and a guest, and Cultivator members can bring up to 4 guests. Stay tuned for invites and more details on upcoming events!
