Logistics:

  • Morning inspirational circles that open the day with intention and insight

  • Daily immersive experiences including horse time, reflection time in nature, creative expression and herbal garden exploration and gratefulness practices with earth’s healing essence.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation in a Casari Ranch, LLC program:

  • 25% of the program cost is non-refundable for all cancellations.

  • Cancellations less than 21 days before the program start date, the non-refundable portion increases to 50% of the total program cost.

  • These policies help us cover costs already incurred in preparation for hosting the event.
