Essence & Earth is a quiet retreat designed to calm your nervous system, replenish your compassion reserves, reset your mind/body/spirit wholeness, and reconnect with your intuitive wisdom.

Over the course of three days, we’ll participate in grounded, land-based experiences that invite grounded presence, non-linear exploration and gentle transformation. Through a blend of somatic practices, time with horses, expressive arts, and herbal medicine making, you'll explore new ways of listening—both to the natural world and to yourself. Whether you're in a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply longing to feel more connected, this retreat offers space to pause, reflect, and remember what truly matters. Activities include:

• Gentle, intuitive time with horses (no riding of horses)

• Expressive mixed-media art and journaling in nature

• Guided plant walks and hands-on herbal remedy crafting

• Gluten-free lunches prepared together daily, using organic, nourishing ingredients
